Gruvbox Dark end-user licence agreement (EULA)

Thank you for choosing Gruvbox Dark ("Plugin").

This End-User Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between JetPlugins ("Publisher", "we", "us", "our") and you, either an individual or a single legal entity, governing your use of the Plugin distributed via the JetBrains Marketplace.

Installing, copying, or using the Plugin indicates your acceptance of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

1. Grant of licence

During any evaluation period, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Plugin solely for evaluation. Upon purchase, and subject to payment of applicable Marketplace fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Plugin for the active subscription term.

2. Restrictions

You must not share, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, lend, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Plugin except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Plugin, including all intellectual property rights, remains the property of JetPlugins and its licensors. Open-source components, if any, remain subject to their respective licences.

4. Delivery, activation, and updates

The Plugin is delivered electronically via the JetBrains Marketplace. A valid JetBrains account and licence may be required. Updates may add, change, or remove features, and installing an update constitutes acceptance of its accompanying terms.

5. Support and privacy

During an active subscription, we provide reasonable support via support@jetplugins.dev. The Plugin does not transmit your source code outside your machine. Any Marketplace licensing or installation telemetry is handled by JetBrains and the IDE.

6. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event will JetPlugins, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Plugin.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Sydney.
