Image Edit Pro – End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Thank you for choosing Image Edit Pro ("Plugin").

This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between Image Edit Pro developers ("Publisher", "we", "us", "our") and you, either an individual or a single legal entity ("you", "your"), governing your use of the Plugin distributed via the JetBrains Marketplace.

Installing, copying, or using the Plugin indicates your acceptance of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

2. Grant of Licence

  1. Evaluation licence. During the Evaluation Period we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Plugin solely for the purpose of evaluation.
  2. Paid licence. Upon purchase, and subject to payment of applicable fees via the Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
    • install and use the Plugin on any number of machines, provided that only one copy is in active use per purchased user seat;
    • receive and install Updates released during your active Subscription.
  3. Licence scope. The Plugin is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Publisher.

The Plugin, including all intellectual property rights, is and remains the sole property of the Publisher and its licensors. Open-source components, if any, remain subject to their respective licences.


5. Delivery, Activation, and Updates

  1. Delivery. The Plugin is delivered electronically via the Marketplace.
  2. Activation. A valid JetBrains account and Licence Key are required. The IDE will periodically verify the Subscription status with JetBrains servers.
  3. Updates. Updates may add, change, or remove features. Installing an Update constitutes acceptance of its accompanying terms.

During an active Subscription we provide reasonable email support via support@jetplugins.dev. Response targets (not guarantees) are seven business days, Australian Eastern Time.


7. Privacy

The Plugin does not transmit your code or Yara rules outside your machine. The plugin itself does not collect any telemetry data beyond what is collected by the IDE.


8. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You bear the entire risk as to the Plugin's quality and performance.


9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Publisher, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability under this EULA will not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the Subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You must comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You warrant that you are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to comprehensive sanctions, nor listed on any restricted-party list.


12. Governing Law and Venue

This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Sydney. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.


13. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the JetBrains Marketplace Paid Plugin Agreement and any amendments agreed in writing, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Publisher regarding the Plugin, superseding all prior understandings.
