Nuxt is not detected#

Open the workspace root and inspect package.json, lockfiles, and nuxt.config.*. Confirm the project is inside an IDE content root and let indexing finish.

Doctor reports an unexpected version#

Check installed packages and the active lockfile. Nuxt and @nuxt/devtools are reported independently. Reinstall consistently with the project’s package manager if installed files and the lockfile disagree.

A page or layout link is missing#

Check Nuxt’s actual file layout and static definePageMeta values. For named views, verify the @name suffix and matching NuxtPage name. Dynamically constructed metadata may require manual navigation.

Report an issue#

Use email support and include:

• Your IDE edition and full build number from Help → About.
• The installed plugin version; this manual covers 2026.1.3.
• Relevant external-tool versions, the failing action, and a small reproducible example.
• The error message and relevant log excerpt, with credentials and private project data removed.

Use Help → Show Log in Finder/Explorer to locate IDE logs when requested. Describe what you expected to happen and whether the same operation works from a terminal.
